Refunds and cancellations policy

We aim to be fair and transparent. This policy applies to deposits and payments for services. It does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Deposits
We may require a deposit before ordering materials or confirming a booking. Where products are custom-made or we have already incurred costs, a deposit may be non-refundable to the extent of those costs.
2. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the notice provided and costs already incurred, we may charge a reasonable cancellation fee.
3. Faulty goods or services
If goods or services we supply do not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, refund, or cancellation, depending on the circumstances.
4. How to request a refund or remedy
Contact us at Enquiries@fineglassaluminium.com.au and include your invoice number, job address and details of the issue (and photos if relevant).
